Conducting Threat Assessment Surveys in Chon Kemin
Within the framework of the Vanishing Treasures Project, a survey of attitudes toward predators has been conducted among randomly selected households in Tar-Suu village of Chon Kemin District. The respondents from Tar-Suu were open and willing to answer interview questions despite other work. They showed support by sharing valuable time with us and wishing us success in further wildlife conservation activities. Through this survey, we hope to be able to assess climate and conservation needs, so that climate-smart interventions can be co-designed with the community.
