As a continuation of this initiative, an expedition was carried out from May 18 to 22, 2025, in the At-Bashy district of the Naryn region 📍.

Specialists surveyed forested slopes of the Naryn and At-Bashy ranges in search of maral tracks to identify their winter habitats and clarify their distribution range 🔍.

During the fieldwork, an unexpected discovery was made ⚠️—one that may turn out to be extremely important❗️However, before sharing any details, we need to thoroughly verify the findings. An additional expedition and the installation of camera traps are planned.
