On October 1, 2025, training on wildfire risk reduction🌲🚒 was held for the staff of the State Nature Reserve “Padysha-Ata,” organized as part of the project “Introducing Integrated Watershed Management to Protect Key Areas of the Western Tien Shan” supported by the GIZ Regional Program “Integrative and Climate-Sensitive Land Use in Central Asia”

The training was conducted by staff from the Emergency Situations Department of the Aksy District of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Jalal-Abad region, using specialized equipment. The event was aimed at improving the readiness of the reserve staff and local communities to prevent and respond effectively to wildfires🧑‍🚒.
