On December 4, 2025, the Ilbirs Foundation together with @aiyl_charba_ministrligi held a seminar under the CCHALKK project on “Pasture Improvement, Livestock Breeding Development, and Artificial Insemination”🌱🐏.

The event brought together representatives of government agencies, research institutions, municipal services, and the farming community 🤝.
The Deputy Minister delivered opening remarks, highlighting ongoing reforms in pasture improvement, enhanced pasture management, as well as the development of livestock breeding and artificial insemination systems 🐄🌾.
The Director of the Ilbirs Foundation presented an overview of the CCHALKK project, detailing its objectives, areas of work, and expected outcomes 📘✨.
During the meeting, participants exchanged knowledge and experience through presentations and open discussions 📊💬.
In addition, a hands-on training session was held on the transition to digitalization and the use of an online tool for pasture and agricultural management. Participants were shown how modern digital solutions can support data collection and processing, and help plan their work more effectively 💻🌱🐑.
