On behalf of the Ilbirs Foundation, we extend our sincere gratitude to the American Councils for the opportunity to participate in the C5+ONE program, which focuses on engaging professionals from public, private, and non-governmental sectors in the fields of energy and environmental protection.
Administered by American Councils offices across five Central Asian countries—Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan—the program offered us exceptional opportunities to enhance our English language skills. Over the course of nine months, we engaged in a range of activities, including weekly lessons, national and regional seminars, webinars, and educational excursions, which significantly improved our listening, reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
Additionally, the C5+ONE program has bolstered our organization’s networking efforts, enabling us to forge valuable collaborations not only within our country but also across the five other Central Asian nations. These connections will be instrumental for the continued success of our environmental initiatives.
Thanks to the program, we have not only advanced our English proficiency but also expanded our opportunities for international cooperation, which will greatly support the successful execution of our goals.
