Since 1973, this day has been held annually under the auspices of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), becoming the largest global environmental platform that engages millions of people worldwide in protecting our planet 🙌🌍.

In 2024, World Environment Day focuses on restoring land, combating desertification, and building resilience to drought under the theme “Our Land. Our Future. We are the #RestorationGeneration” 🏔️🌊💧.
