🌿 The next phase of research under the CCHALKK project has begun! From November 3 to 7, 2025, two groups from the Ilbirs Foundation team, together with KADK, conducted field research in two regions of Kyrgyzstan — Talas and Jalal-Abad.

❄️ Despite the sudden cold snap and challenging weather conditions, our colleagues successfully collected valuable data that will help us better understand the impact of climate change on rural communities and the ecosystems of mountainous regions.

💬 During the trip, a training session for local residents was also held to raise awareness about climate risks and adaptation measures. Participants discussed how to use natural resources responsibly while strengthening the resilience of their communities. 📊 The collected materials will contribute to a broader analysis that will help develop practical recommendations for local climate change adaptation. 🌍 Stay tuned — there’s much more to come, and we are excited to share it all with you!
