❗️Dear friends, we are pleased to share great news❗️ Through a collaborative effort with Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, Professor N. Aldayarov of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, Deputy Minister A. Musaev of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as representatives of the Ilbirs Foundation — Z. Kubanychbekov and A. Seydakhmatova — a methodological guide on the collection of biological samples, methods, and bioethical standards for work with wild animals has been developed and published 🐐🐾.

This marks an important step toward establishing unified standards for working with wildlife and strengthening bioethical principles in scientific research and conservation practice 🔬.
The guide was developed within the framework of the project One Health in Nature Conservation – Enhancing Landscape Resilience to Zoonotic Disease Emergence by Consolidating Nature Conservation Systems in Central Asia, implemented with the financial support of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, and printed with the support of the Wild Sheep Foundation.
In the near future, the publication will be distributed to relevant government bodies and scientific institutions for further practical use 🤝.
