SMART Operators Training 📊🌿

The Ilbirs Foundation has successfully completed a training course on working with the SMART database. The program brought together staff members of the Issyk-Kul State Nature Reserve and the Directorate of the Issyk-Kul Biosphere Territory.

During the training, participants developed the following competencies:
▪️ Understanding the core functions and administration principles of the SMART database 💻
▪️ Applying in-depth data analysis methods and ensuring accurate interpretation of collected data 📈
▪️ Using structured algorithms to prepare and generate detailed quarterly reports 📑

Strengthening the capacity of SMART operators will help systematize ecosystem monitoring and enhance the effectiveness of conservation measures across the Issyk-Kul region 🌍🌱
